South Korean and British Christians Unite for UK Revival Gathering

Korean and British Christians Unite for Holy Revival in the UK

Revival Gathering

An inspiring spiritual event is set to take place in London from August 4 to August 7, where Christians from South Korea, the United States, and the UK will gather with a shared goal: to “Make the UK Holy Again”.

The four-day assembly will feature prayer, fasting, worship, and various speakers. To enhance the communal experience, “Authentic Korean meals” will be provided following the fasting sessions.

This revival meeting is organized by the Korean-American Esther Prayer Movement and London Shepherd Church, with support from Christian Concern.

Approximately 400 Christians from South Korea have been invited to participate, along with 300 confirmed attendees from the US and Korea.

Andrea Williams, Chief Executive of Christian Concern and the Christian Legal Centre, will also be present. Williams, known for her previous engagement in South Korea where she addressed a massive Christian march, highlighted, “A nation is a reflection of the Church within the nation … In Jesus all hope is found — not just for you and me personally, but for families, communities, cities, and nations.”

Christian Concern is actively promoting attendance at the event, stating, “We will gather to pray for revival in the UK — across every generation, every region, and every denomination. Together, we will cry out for a move of God that transforms hearts, communities, and the nation.”

Last year, a similar event titled “Make the USA Holy Again” took place in Atlanta, showing a growing international effort for spiritual renewal.

The primary aim of the London gathering is to ignite a spiritual revival throughout the UK. Additionally, there will be a dedicated prayer group focusing on North Korea, a nation known for severe persecution of Christians, as highlighted by the Open Doors World Watch List.

Paul Song, pastor of London Shepherd Church, expressed his hopes in a promotional video, stating, “I’d love to see a great revival in the United Kingdom through this conference.”

He further encouraged participation, saying, “Please join us and you can enjoy and you can pray Korean style prayer, we can cry out. Thank you. God bless you.”

Tickets for the event are available here.
