In an ambitious move that promises to be a beacon of hope and faith in the UK, the Eternal Wall of Answered Prayer is set to break ground with a new leadership at the helm. Dr. Ian Bullock, a seasoned leader with a rich history in healthcare administration, has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer to navigate this monumental project forward.

Dr. Bullock, formerly the Chief Executive of the Royal College of Physicians, has a solid track record of leadership roles in various health organizations, including both national and international bodies such as the European Resuscitation Council and the Health Foundation.

During his tenure at the Royal College of Physicians, he managed a large team of 350 employees and oversaw a membership of 40,000, showcasing his capability to lead large initiatives.

The Eternal Wall, located in Coleshill near Birmingham, is poised to become an iconic structure standing 160 feet tall. The monument will be constructed using a million bricks, each symbolizing a documented answered prayer.

This project, which has been in the pipeline for over 17 years, is envisioned as a lasting testament to faith and answered prayers.

Dr. Bullock, a devout Christian, views his new position as more than just a professional advancement. He expressed his enthusiasm by stating, “I’m so excited to have joined this team and am honoured to be supporting Richard and playing a part in making hope visible across the UK.”

He added, “Eternal Wall will tell stories of how great our God is and I cannot wait to drive this forward as we enter a very exciting few months.”

With Dr. Bullock assuming responsibility for day-to-day operations of this landmark project, founder Richard Gamble will focus on global outreach, fundraising, and collecting 200,000 prayer testimonies to be included in the monument’s digital archive.

Gamble has been actively engaging audiences in the UK and USA, sharing the project’s vision and rallying support. He remarked, “It feels like we have turned a corner in recent months and the addition of Ian will only help us get over the finish line quicker.”

Currently, designers and builders are finalizing cost estimates and logistical details, with a formal update expected soon to detail the start date and upcoming steps.

Gamble emphasized the project’s goals, stating, “Our aim is to deliver a world class landmark that enables us to inspire the nations to pray. Ian’s appointment is in keeping with those aspirations and a critical building block as we prepare for significant news.”

As the groundbreaking approaches, Gamble expressed his gratitude for the unwavering support and prayers from the global community, saying, “I am grateful to every supporter who has got us this far and I’d urge those passionate about God moving to keep us in their prayers during the next few months.”
